Ordered 3 wooden and 1 roman blinds all took over a month to arrive despite the 2 week delivery promise 2 of the 3 wooden blinds the valance was not cut to fit. I had to do it myself and of course the finish is not as good as if it was machined. The roman blind is ok. doesn't feel premium quality by any stretch of the imagination and wasn't cheap 1 of the 3 wooden blinds however has been a nightmare and customer service is pretty awful. The raise/lower cords on this one did not go over the rollers and instead were scraping on the 90 deg angle making it impossible to raise and lower them. Customer services seem to require sending pictures when their own customer service system doesn't take attachments. So my pictures resulted in disjointed conversations were not focused. If you call you are asked to send pictures. Sometimes responses to messages take minutes, sometimes weeks. All in all I wouldn't buy from them again as quality control isn't great and issue resolution is poor. Those that give high score reviews I think are where they didn't need to speak to them for any significant issues.

Blinds UK sent a delivery confirmation. On the day they were due to arrive they said the cords were out of stock but could supply with another. They are now saying these can't be delivered for another 2 weeks. They were ordered one month ago and so will have taken over 6 weeks if they fulfill the order. Don't be fooled by the promise that they will be despatched in 7 working days - more like 42 days + . Customer service is a waste of time too. All they say is they can email production, or I can email them. Absolutely pointless.

After placing an order over 4 weeks ago with the promise of 'Pre Xmas' delivery for some Roman Blinds I received a telephone call advising delivery would be before 19, December. This week I received a 'no reply' email advising the blinds I ordered would not be in stock until January. No phone call to explain the situation or even clarify I had received the email. Obviously business and client satisfaction is not important to BlindsUK.Net. Very strange that other companies are now advertising 'discontinued fabric' on my chosen fabric which concerns me that this company would not deliver even in January. In this competitive market place customer service is important and this is one company I most certainly will not be using again EVER.

The delivery service was fast, fitting instructions were clear and my roller blinds were installed in just a few minutes. The quality of the fabric is great and the prices are not that high comparing with other companies. The website was also easy to use, making the ordering process as smooth as possible and they do have a variety of fabrics to choose from. Great company overall.

Ordered blinds and received in 8 working days. It was within the time limit they advised on their website. My Real oak blind arrived completely ready to install with the appropiate brackets and all screws required for the installation. The guide was easy to follow and the blinds were up in a matter of minutes. Real great looking blinds, the colour is perfect and they work like a charm. The ordering process was easy to follow and the varierty of products on their website is outstanding. A really great company to purchas blinds from and i would not hesitate to ordera again if i ever need new blinds.

Terrible company to deal with. Hoops to go through to make any contact to talk to a person. 7day delivery is a fabrication. Day 11 I had to chase them. They told me they did not have fabric but failed to call. Day 15 they offer me compensation and would then submit order.complete chaos and an unpleasant person. avoid unless you willing to be held over a barrell.

Have ordered from them twice so far and found them with no error. Delivery was complete, products are always made very good and to exact measurements. Customer service provided answers for my queries regarding delivery, other blind options or installation help for bay windows. I would recommend them as i could not fault them in any way.

The worst customer service I've ever had! Waiting three days for delivery, but they failed three times. Eventually told me they lost my goods! The sales team even hung up my phone after I requested my refund. Super rude and unprofessional company!!!

Ordered 6 wooden blinds for a bay window. One was badly scratched on the head rail. Refused direct replacement and offered a few pounds compensation and touch up paint. The customer service was poor and rather dismissive. Beware buying from here. The products are ok, but if there is a problem they don't want to know.

Beautiful blind, perfect fit, looks very high quality, and all at an incredible price. Ordered day before Good Friday and delivered today, so 11 working days from order. Highly recommend and I will definitely be using again.

Terrible online service, Blindsuk sent the wrong order out which they then outright denied, basically saying you are wrong and tough luck, email response was very rude and blunt to the courteous email I sent. We ordered from the 'wood' section of their website, metal flimsy blinds arrived, not what we wanted or ordered. Totally ignored the complaint that the order made on the 27th of December arrived on the 14th of January, compared to their quoted 5 day dispatch, even given the holiday season this delay was simply not good enough, they claimed that the factory was closed until the 3rd of Jan which would be fair enough as said given the season but this should of been explained or at least mentioned at time of ordering, it was not. Box arrived smashed at both ends, packing very flimsy and lightweight, poorly packed internally, after picking up the box the blinds literally slid out of the box from either end of the packing, thankfully the blinds were not damaged. Original ordering process online was also a nightmare when trying to arrange delivery to my work address, was far more stressful that it should of been, very inarticulate website. Had it not been for the recommendation of a friend I would not have used them. The blinds will do as a stop gap until I can get those that I wanted. I do not recommend this company in anyway, CAVEAT EMPTOR.

High quality blinds that come with a great price. Have ordered some wooden venetians for my bay window and i can say i am very pleased with the outcome. They look very expensive and well made. Delivery was fast and this is another plus for them. Would highly recommend.

I've used BlindsUK on a number of occasions, and in fairness to them, when they get it right, they are no problem at all. You order, you receive a confirmation, you receive your blinds, as simple and as straight forward as it gets. When they get it wrong, wow! They know how to really look after their customers. Having spent close to £800 with them, I ordered a set of five blinds for my living room bay window, of which, four arrived via TNT, with one of them missing and declared lost by the courier. I contacted BlindsUK via their telephone number on their site, and insisted the blind was missing, they said they would investigate and get back to me, i heard no more so had to contact them again. Contact and communication is where they really excel in, in the worst form possible. They have a customer services team which is only contactable via their Sales team, not by phone, but by internal email or skype, so you will never get an answer on the telephone from someone directly in their customer service team, only via an email message. I was told that the blind had been deemed lost and they would send out a replacement the following week. The week past and there was no sign of the blind, or any form of contact from them, so it was left to me to contact them again to see what was happening. Unbelievably they claimed it had been lost again, and then they said it hadn't been remade, but would get me another blind out the following week. So, another week passes, and another failed delivery, and yet again failed communication with me as to where the blind was this time. Three weeks on from the original delivery I am sat waiting for the blind again, with no courier tracking information again, and surprise surprise no sign of the blind. This is where the fun begins, in calling their Sales team (as no member of the customer service team will make human voice contact with any of their customers) to find out what on earth is going on, i was informed, via the customer services team, that the blind would be remade again, but that the grey cords I had originally ordered were out of stock until January of next year. They offered me a refund of the cheapest blind on the order, which was an insult after all the hassle and inconvenience they've caused me on this. I've currently got three of the five blinds hanging in my living room windows, with the whole world able to look in on me and my family. According to their returns and refunds policy they have some badly written excuses about made to order products not being returnable or refundable, so they basically have you where they want you and will treat you like a no one in the process. They no longer answer my calls, they continually cut me off when calling on a withheld number, they don't respond to any email communication. If you look this company up you will find it impossible to review their company on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google, or any form of social media. They even have their company address as hidden as possible, which turns out to be an office in Coventry with no direct number, or even a VAT number to trace the Directors. Absolutely despicable company which has no regard for their customers.

I gave my measurements to Blindsuk and they delivered them within a week. The quality was excellent, they fitted perfectly, they looked great, they have the quality of blinds that one would expect to pay twice the price they cost and they were easy to fit using the instructions provided. I would recommend this company for their wonderful blinds.

We ordered blackout blinds as the sun kept waking us up when trying to sleep in the day due to our night shift, so now its much better, fitted perfectly, delivered in time, well packaged, i would definitely buy from here again and would recommend to my family and friends, with the discount i received they worked out reasonably cheap.

Very easy to order and prompt delivery, have ordered blinds previously and will continue to use the service of Blinds UK. I have used them for quite some time and they never let me down. The sizes that i order and the ones i receive are spot on. Wouldn't fault them in any way as the price and quality have met my expectation with every order.
