Have used firm before and no problems, I order online from France and get them delivered in England for when I am visiting. Little hiccup this time they lost my order and I had to return home, but after speaking to them they arranged for them to be remade and shipped out to France. Blinds are beautiful and the Customer Care Team are excellent. Thank you Blinds2go.
