Excellent Product, Customer Service Second To None!

After searching for quite some time to find some wooden blinds at a reasonable price we came across the Blinds 2 Go website.

Everything about their website is excellent from the choice available and the ordering process. If only more websites were as good as this!

Anyway, we placed our order and recieved plenty of updates to how the order was going. Our blinds arrived on time and were really well packaged. All the bits and pieces were there as you would expect.

Unfortunately we had a minor problem with one of the blinds and after a quick email to the customer services department everything was sorted.

If only more customer service departments were as good as this one!

My blinds are up and looking fantastic and working just as good.

Just waiting for the big expensive day thats coming up to be over then I'll be ordering another 3 blinds.
