I was following the measurement guides, however received something completely different, when rang for an advice was told that "it's been explained in their terms and conditions", and actually I have no rights but to accept what ever has been sent regardless . I was not ask to agree with any terms and conditions while completing my order. I was robbed, and my rights as an online consumer were disregarded.

I am having the same issue. I provided exact measurements and followed all their instructions so 'Leave it to us to adjust the measurements to ensure you have perfectly fitting blinds'. Sadly not, ILL FITTING BLINDS, too short as they took over 10mm off the dimensions, so my blackout blind is now a light flood blind.
Customer service refuse to replace and insist they are right.
