Paid extra for Roman blind with cotton lining and nickel finish brass chain. The order came without these and too a month to deliver. Soile needs to spend more time managing her business and less time in finland in the snow, then maybe she would have satisfied customers.

This issue has now been confirmed with our customer to be solved.

We have carried out all corrective actions as agreed with apologies for the inconvenience caused. We have also improved the order handling process to make sure we avoid similar problems in the future.
