“Just not as good as McVities ”

I like to think I'm open minded when it comes to a biscuit. These are just not very good, however, I tried not to prejudge them, but I expected better things from Waitrose. The crumb is finer than a classic McVities digestive. It's still crunchy, but there's just not much texture or bite to it. It survives a decent dunking well, but is let down by a lack of flavour.
