What a pleasure to do business with somebody who is so genuine and more than helpful. Purchased a pair of Shimano MW81 Winter Shoe's yesterday prior to a very wet n cold ride; fantastic shoe and made such a difference to my ride. Always very competitive on price and happy to go the extra mile, wouldn't it be nice if all business operated that way?!
