I bought a couple of items from this site which arrived a few days ago and was charged £2.49 for postage despite the clear statement on the site that orders over £10 are delivered free. I have contacted them and been told I am wrong and was made aware of postage charges at the time but if I can provide proof they will refund the postage. I have suggested they look at their own website (home page top right corner. I note that a lot of the reviews here mention the free delivery as well. The goods they sent took well over a week to arrive and weren't particularly cheap.I do not recommend this store and will not until they refund my postage and deal with customer complaints in a more professional way.
