We bought a pair of Blackburn front pannier racks three months ago. They came with the wrong fixings and were nightmare to fit. Two professionals in a cycle shop took an hour over it. Blow me if this weekend one of the pannier racks didn't shear off. The metal frame just went around the screw. We had nothing on the pannier then or before - just a sleeping bag and a blow up sleeping mat. I'll never buy Blackburn again. (read more)
