I took my virgin mbna card and paid my monthly payments without any trouble. I lost my job and became pregnant and was not able to work due to health issues. I called up virgin customer service to seek some assistance as my interest charge was £97.00 per month which was impossible for me due to my circumstances. The customer service rep did not have a gratitude to my situation and even more worried even explanining that i am 7 months pregnant and did not have any income but i will be able to pay the monthly payment but the interest was too high at this moment.
If i was to advice anyone not to think about applying for this company cause i know working for a credit card company we have taken into consideration the customers position and worked along with them in order for them to make an affordable payment.
I cant believe that virgin credit has no remorse to a genuine individual in this circumstances could not receive a solution.
