I have been a client of virgin credit card for about 6 or more years. I took the card as they were one of the first, I think, to offer no card charges which is a must in my book (no swipe or yearly charges). But now other credit card companies are following suit and this leaves Virgin credit card not offering anything extra. The interest rate is about 20% which is not low and the service is pretty bad. I want to stay with Virgin as I like them as a company but this is becoming increasingly hard to justify.
