This company uses the most dismal tactics to get you to pay your balance if you are late. They hound you on the phone and via text messages. If you ring them from a friends house as I did one morning, they started ringing his number constantly to even though I did not live at that address. They also have software that will decrypt a witheld number. They are fully geared up to hound their customers in the event of missed or non payment.

I asked for a statement of account to be sent to me as soon as possible as I wanted to clear my account, close it and find another provider. I am having realy trouble trying to be rid of these muppets and would never recomend ANYONE to get involved with them no matter how desperate you are for credit. They are a complete nightmare to deal with. A very unsrupulous lender thats for sure ! At 51% APR they certainly do NOT offer value for money.

Their customer service leaves alot to be desired and if you are looking to be hounded night and day and at weekends even on a Sunday - choose Vanquis. NEVER AGAIN!!
