“Halifax are awful”

Having applied for a credit card through Halifax over 2 months ago and 5 phone calls to customer services and another visit into the bank I have still not received it! They keep saying 10 days until it arrives that has happened twice now and today they are saying they don't have my I.d!!!! So I will have to wait another 10 days!!! Awful service, do not use Halifax!!
