“Still waiting to access online banking”

I have had the card for 3 weeks and am still waiting for my user name to arrive so I can access online banking. I have had to phone them three times to try and sort this out and the average wait is 10 minutes before you get through to someone. Although the advisers are helpful when you do get through, the wait for an answer when you call, and the completely ridiculous practice of having a user name sent by post mean that nearly a month after I received the card I still can't operate it properly. Not recommended.
