Reality check: Vanquish Bank is essentially a trailer-park-lender, that means they will advance to credit to individuals mainstream lenders would not allow anywhere near an unsecured line of credit. BUT, once you have that in mind it represents an opportunity to potentially get your credit in order and get a little further up the credit food chain. “Good starter card”

Quick application, I paid over the minimum payment and got fast increases. Helpful on the phone with a good interactive service. I need a loan and the interest rate being offered is higher than the 34.9 apr with this card. Both myself and my wife have cards and are very happy with them. We have to remember we were bankrupt only 18 months ago and no one else would touch us and I think the card company has been really good but I have over paid every month can't comment if you go behind. brilliant card i have one had it since march 2012,had 150 limit ,increased in dec to 550,easy to manage,online is the best way,hoping for a raise again as need to buy a motorcycle,staff are friendly,never missed a payment and i always pay a lot more than min payment,debit card payment is best way to pay on vanquis site i found,well done vanqis
