I have been a customer with barclaycard for about 3 months now and I have had nothing but troble with them.
I took out a 0% balance transfer card which was a very good offer but I struggled to transfer over a balance because my MINT card account was closed (still had a balance outstanding). The customer service center (in India I think) was terrible, didnt understand my problem via phone and email and I had to write a complaint letter to a UK address to get the problem resolved.
My direct debit was set up and initially worked but for 2 months on the run now my direct debit has not been taken from my account (even though I have received text messages comfirming the date), when I contact the "customer service" department to ask why they fob you off with pointless answers.
