Ordered a (king size gold) mattress topper at a great price and told the delivery would take a few days so stated my home address as I was on annual leave for a week. Shipment notification stated a 'delivery by' date which fell within my holiday period but this date passed without receipt. Frustratingly a day after I placed the order the tracking showed that it was at the local depot but this is where it sat for almost a week! A revised delivery date was given but as I was back at work I needed to change the address but Zleeps and the courier (Yodel) were unable to do this until the delivery was attempted. Fortunately it arrived in the evening when I was in.
Customer services at Zleeps were very good and sympathetic to the problem but unfortunately it doesn't change the fact that I stayed in the previous week waiting for delivery that didn't arrive and I could have been doing other things during my annual leave.
Such a shame that a great product at a great price, from what seems to be a good company has been let down by a rubbish courier.
