Had this mattress for a month now. Every morning I wake up with a backache. It gives no support whatsoever and is now visibly sagging on one side. Completely squashed when sitting on an edge. And sitting on it? -forget that; within seconds I'm sitting in a small pit. Arguably the worst mattress I've ever slept on. I deeply regret buying it. To be fair, I've had other foam mattresses that weren't quite as bad. But none really gave any support. I wish I had known this about this mattress before I bought it. Advertisers use images and videos that disguise just how little support any foam mattress provides. So I'm done with them. Reverting to pocket spring, even if I have to save up for months to buy one. Do yourself and your back a favor. Don't buy a Visco mattress.

Viso therapy mattress well there we have! it the complete and pithetice collapse of health and safety brominated fire retardants are band but this mattress smells like it badly it seid made in UK this may be a fib and as the smell is chemical warfare from China the smell is disgusteing and only the Chinaese are on a mission to poison are planet with stuff like this!! And no one gives dam no way is this made in the UK the company need to be careful because telling fibs like this and they might find themselves in court!. The mattress is now annexed to the shed it may take month or more for the gas vapers to go if at all for long term safety I might cut my loss and dump it

The mattress has a horrible,toxic smell which won't go away despite having the window open. This mattress might be comfortable if only I could sleep on it.

I don't know how anyone could find what I call a toxic piece of foam comfortable to sleep on. It stinks. Its made all my clothes stink. I felt like I was on a boat about to fall off. I wouldn't give this to a poor refugee to sleep on so bad is this 'mattress' if that's what they call it. I suspect it's highly flammable and I wouldn't be surprised if its a carcinogen.

Amazing quality!!! Its the best mattress cover I ever came across. Purchased once for my son's top bunk Foam Mattress from Ikea. Fits perfect, like a glove on hand! The cover is very soft and thick in the same time, doesnt allow child to sweat. Easy to wash, has a zip for easy remove. Nothing bad to say, as I have just ordered another one for my daughters mattress. HIghly recommend! Delivery is fast as well!

Got the gelmemory 2500 pock sprung from Groupon made by visco therapy ..great buy and worth every penny had a great nights sleep ..didn't wake up once to hot like I did with my old memory foam matress ..matress came rolled but was at full size in no time ..A slight smell from it but nothing to worry about and completly gone by this morning ..I can recommend this matress to any one thinking of buying it ...so comfortable .

I was really pleased to receive my 4ft mattress from this company having had a total nightmare with another on-line company. Something as simple as a polythene bag can cause alot of stress. I had ordered elsewhere and the mattress showed up in a bag that had split and torn, the mattress was filthy from transit, I rejected the delivery and then had to fight to get my money back. Viscotherapy were cheaper, easy to deal with and managed to ship my new mattress in a bag that was strong enough to do the required job and I received a new bed that I wanted to actually sleep in - well done guys!

Placed an order for a memory foam mattress and it arrived next day. The staff on were very helpful on making me choose my purchase. Would highly recommend this company!
