“2 days of my life wasted”

I waited in for 2 long consecutive days for a moses basket that my wife ordered online and was promised between 9 and 5 on the previous day

If you then add into the mix a delivery company with an 0871 premium rate number (yodel) where you get charged every time you ring them to beg for some sort of meaningful update and it is salt & wounds territory

It might be the fault of their delivery company but LGS are responsible for the delivery service they provide and at the time were unable to provide a meaningful update

That said - the goods finally arrived after 6pm on the second day, the moses basket is very nice and LGS kindly offered a discount on a future purchases

However having lost two days of my life that I will never get back, I'm not sure I am prepared to risk that happening again (!)

Hi, my name is Mark Nicholls and I am one of the co-founders of The Little Green Sheep. Having read this review I am obviously disapointed with the feedback. We always strive for excellent customer service and feedback is crucial to help us improve as a company. Despite the problems we had with our courier on this occasion, we were in constant contact with both the customer and courier company to ensure the parcel got delivered later that evening. The Little Green Sheep has now switched to a new delivery company to ensure that problems like this do not occur again, and we now looking to implement a guaranteed pre-12 and pre-10 service option on all mattress and mose basket orders to UK mainland addresses.
