Not impressed

I bought the mattress primarily for my husband, he works in heavy industry and has been suffering for a few years with back ache, he works very long hours and was finding it difficult to get quality sleep on our old mattress. For a while now these problems have seen me sleep in a seperate room and bed from hubby. We were very excited about the product and were hopefull that his sleep would be greatly improved and eventually, perhaps we could share a bed once more. On the first night my husband came in to the spare room and woke me up at 2.00am, he said the mattress had swore at him! the next night he complained that the mattress had shouted everytime my husband turned over, then the final straw occured on the third night, even I heard the mattress shout at my husband "I hate you" and then it stormed out of the room and slammed the door. We don't know why this has happened but it's pretty clear that we have definitely bought a very bad Tempur.
