I placed an order, and within 8 hours, i was contacted with a delivery time, i was unable to make this time for the following day, so the delivery driver very kindly changed it to the following day in the afternoon, Such excellent service from this company, I would buy from them again and recommend them to friends and family.
It is lovely to deal with a true customer focus company.

Glad your experience was positive, I had a run in with this company about a year ago after they delivered a bed that had wrong parts, supplied a rough old piece of rough sawn timber that still didn't fit and then refused to return phone calls , respond in any way , two sides to every story as they say , but they wouldn't even explain to me why they had left us out to dry after receiving full payment, then I was prevented from leaving any more comments on another review site after the company had contacted them and threatened ( ill advised) legal action , we ended up sorting the bed ourselves , i'm sure the director will remember me - hello,how are you mate ?
