Bought a Short Yankee Loft bunk bed which appeared perfect for our 5yr old daughters room. In stock and ready for delivery in days - then after a further weeks delay, the product arrived.. On assembly, instructions very poor and we realised the holes on product had been drilled incorrectly and the threads didn't fit into holes. I reported to the company and they refused to acknowledge the fault. Refuse to talk - only email, but wouldn't acknowledge there was even a problem. It's been 3 weeks since the delivery and still no solution with my daughter sleeping in brothers room and the 'after sales manager' will refuse to take a call and just hides behind email.. Strongly suggest you don't use this company and anyone else with similar problems please report to trading standards as I have done..

Sorry to note this clients problem. Unfortunatley they have failed to advise they built this wrong. We have tried a solution but given we did not oofer an assembly service we can do no more. We have offered to collect and refund.
We send out parts whenever requested, free of charge. However we are unable to assist, if in this particular situation the customer built the headboards incorrectly.

Sums up this company - still refusing to acknowledge the actual problem even though I have sent photo's and they keep referring to the same thing - which it isn't. The poorest customer service I have ever come across. Refuses to talk, and acknowledge what I keep trying to tell them the problem is. Although they eventually said they would send someone at my cost (which is against Sales of Goods act) - I've still not heard anything so based on other reviews I decided to cut my losses and re-drill the holes myself - 6 seperate pieces and the wood was not good quality. Wasn't difficult but shouldn't have to do it and certainly wouldn't have to do it from any other reputable company.. I'll go to IKEA next time..!

I had exactly the same experience as you. Unbelievable customer services. The worst I've ever come across. Failed to acknowledge the issues despite sending screenshots and links They then wanted to charge me delivery for the replacement when it was their fault not mine.
