“Great mattress”

My wife and I purchased a Sleepform king deluxe after it was recommended by our local chiropractor. We have been delighted with it and indeed my back is already much better, particularly in the morning when getting up. Also we found the service was excellent having recived the mattress just 2 days after ordering it. (read more)

“Things didn't add up”

I had problems returning a Sleepform mattress (because I found it too hard) - the site offers a 60 day trial and to organise the return for £60, but when I asked for that they said it would be more, which I agreed to, however on the planned date no one arrived, and on phoning they said they had no record of a return. I took it back myself in the end, which was a pain. Out of curiosity I then checked some of the claims on the site, like 'SleepForm is the No1 choice of over 500 UK Clinics'.... (read more)
