NEVER AGAIN! the worst mattress we ever purchased, and it cost us nearly £600 in the sale too. When it arrived it was mis-shapen and after a couple of months it began to get wider at the top of the mattress. Complained to the sellers, they told us we needed a FIRA report to prove it was faulty. We had to pay £100 for the report and the report simply said the widening of the mattress was down to settlement and was normal. It did say that we had contributed to the problem by sitting on the edge of the bed. However, we didn't sit on the edge of the mattress, only to get in and out of bed. How else do you get in and out of bed (jump on it!) I think not. My Husband and I developed bad backs really quickly and the mattress cover and fitted sheet were constantly rolling off. What happened to the mattress? It got wider and wider across the top, until it over hung well over the sides of the bed width. It went to the local dump. Total waste of money for us, never again couldn't and wouldn't recommend. We had to stand the cost of the report too! Felt very let down by FIRA and the sellers not to mention the actual mattress
