“Wonderful mattress, but a bit of a pain.”

We bought ours in December 2011 and are getting some good nights sleeps on it. The only problem is the turning, which you do have to do every 2 weeks or you start to notice a bit of a dip. If you do this, it's wonderful, but if you are in any way incapable of turning, what is quite a heavy mattress, then get something else. If you try to do it alone, ironically, you will get a bad back!
