My husband and I puchased the SAT mattress in December of 2009 from WCW, Inc. At first it was wonderful. We both like a firm mattress. He is a big man, but was reassured the mattress was rated 500 lbs per side. ( he weighs alittle over 2oo) We both agree that it is now like the other "too soft" mattresses. The dials are set at firm. It was not a cheap investment. We paid $2199.96 total. The warranty was 20 years. If you have any complaints or problems you are pretty much on your own. They do not have technicians that come to your house. It is up to you to "troubleshoot" your problem. We would not recommend this company. The customer service is poor.
