“Bed defective and 4 weeks later still no refund”

The Maya 4'6 Double Waxed Pine Wooden Bed Frame delivered to me broke within 4 hours of being assembled (and it took over three hours to put together). Just more than 4 weeks later, and still no refund from and emails either being ignored or being strung along by their customer service team. Whilst I accept that products can sometimes be defective, I would not recommend this company on my experience of their customer service alone. (read more)

My wife and I have just purchased a divan bed from this company and received the item within four days of placing the order. No delivery charge, immediate email confirmation of order advising delivery within 7 - 10 days, stating that we would be contacted by the delivery agent to arrange convenient delivery time. Delivery agent contacted us by telephone the following day and advised next day delivery.."early if that's ok with you?" I said no problem, early is good for us...and the bed... (read more)
