Our Flexcell 7cm mattress arrived in Portugal on 27th October. Unfortunately the protective outer layers had been torn in one area right through to the mattress cover. This meant there was a 4-inch square dirty black mark on the cover which would not rub off.
I told Amanda about it and she promised that when sending mattresses abroad in future, they would use extra wrapping. I have to say though, that their postage was much cheaper than the quotes from other mattress companies.

After reading previous reviews we were perhaps expecting too much from our mattress. Sadly, miracles don't happen and we still have restless nights! However, we do not wake up with springs sticking in us, as we did with our previous mattress, under a year old.

I do hate getting into a cold bed and miss my hot water bottle, but the mattress does warm up considerably. In fact we are a little worried that it will be uncomfortably warm in the heat of the summer.
