I was bit hesitant to purchase mattress online for obvious reason that you cant feel the quality of a product but took a gamble first time and I was absolutely happy with the quality of mattress I received really after 4yr of using spring mattress back to form one was a big joy. I was also happy with the service I had received as it got delivered as promised.

Now the part where they lacked it , I just ordered 2nd mattress plus bed bundle deal last week and received both only to find out that bed they had sent was wrong size , it was not kize size. I spoke to their sales team and they accepted mistake and arranged replacement by monday , monday came and gone I am still chasing them. They rang me yesterday and said they had some issue with my replacement delivery and are arranging to send it again.

I am hoping I get it this time around.
