Ordered with 48 hours notice, for specific delivery day. This company offered next day delivery so I assumed they would be able to deliver in 48 hours time. Obviously I was wrong. I took time off work and remained in the house all day as delivery could come up until 6pm, no call to say it was not been delivered. When i did call mattressworld, they said they did not know that the delivery was not taking place themselves. Only option I have is to stay and hope delivery will come tomorrow but mattressworld would not even contact the carrier to make sure it would. Don't trust them, call and call again to check, do NOT use their order tracker it provided the wrong information, ring customer service. I deliberately went with this company as they said they could deliver next day.
