Seem to have same issues as a lot of others on here. Delivery was a joke. Late, no contact until they were 10 mins away on the wrong day and absolutely filthy.
I know it had been snowing, but looked as though it had been used as a sledge.
Packaging ripped and wet black marks on matress. Tried speaking to MattressesWorld and as usual on hold for best part of an hour.
Operator sounded like she could be asked and just wanted to discount the item. Seemed annoyed I did want to take this offer as I didn't care about a discount as didn't want to sleep on a dirty mattress.
Now can't get another mattress until next week. Won't be holding my breath with delivery again. However told they can't deliver and collect on same day. So they will drop another matress off to me next week and then have to wait a few days for them to re attend and collect the damaged one.
This was preferable as did just want to get the mattress taken away and refund given so I can go to someone else, but basically would take ages as they would not process the refund until they had collected and viewed the mattress etc.
In other words I'm stuck with these muppets unless i want to wait a few weeks to get my money back. As you can see from the other reviews as well, do not use.
