Unbelievable, muppets, rubbish - sums their service up

I asked for my order to arrive on the 6th January So I made sure someone would be in (taken time off work) but it never arrived and then received an email at lunchtime (too late to tell me!) that it couldn't be delivered?

Still not heard anything else buy the 9th and then a message telling me it would be delivered the next day when no-one would be in.

Could never get hold of anyone despite emailing and leaving voicemails then I got an email apologising and arranging another time slot - thursday 15th January in the morning. So again I arranged for someone to be in and again no-one turned up and instead I got a call at 4.30pm stating they would be delivering the mattress at 5.30pm again when no-one would be in. Couldn't cope with a round 3 so told them to leave it outside even though it was in the rain!

Twice, they have told me an agreed time slot and twice the couriers have not turned up meaning that twice someone has taken time off work and lost out because of their incompetence.
