I am stuck in limbo!! My husband ordered a mattress it was supposed to arrive feb 4th yesterday.No phone call no mattress. On phone all day on and off no answer automated message telling me to e.mail. sent to e.mails still no reply.went on to the tracking number. Phoned the carrier and they have no mattress checked the consignment number and they say they dont have it or recieved it.Help!!!!! Very Angry!!

Today got a phone call from customer service. Couldnt have been more helpful. Was on the case of missing mattress. She phoned back 2 hours later .with answers suplier had not sent mattress.mattress being delivered tomorrow. Yippee!!!!

Mattress is in Aberdeen !! Will get it at 8am tomorrow .morning. I have used mattress world before without any problems . Unfortunatly this problem was down to the supplier.very nice lady from mattress world phoned yesterday and sorted the problem out.looking forward to getting mattress tomorrow morning!!!
