I have had three bad experiences with Loaf in the last 6 months

1. I had a bed delivered that was meant to be assembled. The delivery driver refused to do so because he couldn't park his large truck right outside my house (like many loaf customers, I live on a permit parking street in London, it is impossible to guarantee 3 spaces available outside my house. no other delivery company has an issue with this)

2. I ordered a zinc topped table that bubbled in the sun. They agreed to replace it with a different model, but whilst they acknowledge it is a known design fault that hasn't been resolved, they continue to sell the table on their website

3. My new table was being delivered and old defective one collected. No one called to confirm a delivery slot. The driver turned up 2 hours late and told me he was from marks and spencer. They had no idea how to put my table together and stunk of BO. they spent at least 45 mins trying to figure out what they needed to do, swearing and throwing things around my kitchen. On the way out I watched him slam our old table against my chandelier, pulling it off the ceiling and then tried to claim he didn't


In both cases, customer service were not especially bothered and did not properly acknowledge my concerns. At Loaf prices, I would expect John Lewis level customer service. It is far from that.
