i purchased a hypnia mattress topper from amazon. there was as faulty zip I was offered a replacement which didn't arrive. the cover then became pilled and uncomfortable, my instinct was to speak to amazon as this is where I purchased the above item. I was advisesed that they would give me a refund and to dispose of the item as you didn't need to inspect the fault.
I am now in a position of having no mattress, no refund and another offer of a replacement cover that I would have no use for. Please can SOMEBODY help me as this has been going on for months now.
