9 years ago I bought 2 memory foam mattresses from this compant and was delighted with the quality. In January this year one needed replacing so I ordered the same mattress again. What a disappointment it was nothing like the quality of the first two even the cover was like a worn rag. The replacement mattress sits an inch lower than the first it is starting to sag at less than 12 nonths old. The company do not want to know and have ignored my email. I will definitely not buy from them again. I wish I had know about the change in quality before I bought the replacement.

After doing loads of research, and visiting every bed shop in the area, and trying a few in the shops, we settled on a healthbeds bed. Sadly after a couple of years the mattress is now visibly sagging, and despite regular turning the top layer is so loose it firms a ridge of fabric. I think it probably needed some stitching or quilting effect to keep the top layer in place. It also gets very hot through the night. I look forward to going away from home for a better nights sleep. For the money we paid I expected something more durable and lasting. The base and headboard look very good though.

If you suffer from a bad back then buy this bed.after years of trying to find a perfect mattress we've finally found one The coolgel works well if you run hot in the night. Far better than the Relyon which was ok, but can't hold a light when compared to our new bed. If you want a no pressure buying experience buy direct from their Thurcroft showroom. Knowledgeable salesman, without the usual irritating "breathing down your neck" hindrance of "this is my next sale!" British quality at its best and local. The best bit.I don't wake up with an aching back.

I bought a cooltex 1800 divan from the factorys own showroom at thurcroft. It was delivered on the day we arranged. Easy 2 assemble and im loving the comfortable mattress. I would reccomend this product. The only thing im missing are the mattress care instructions, there weren't any. Good job I did some reserch!

I bought a HealthBeds Pocket Latex 2000 via Best Price Beds (great company; see my other review), but wanted to speak to them to gather specific details about the product itself. They were really great in providing me all information I wanted, and even helped me with a specific bespoken request for the mattress, liaising with Best Price Beds on my behalf as well. They were also very attentive to get order in the factory before their closed for holidays, and called me to confirm everything. It was a pleasure to deal with them; not only the mattress is absolutely heaven to sleep in, but their Sales & Customer Service are 1st class. I like they're a family company and have remained focused on the customer and producing good products. I'd recommend with eyes closed !
