The whole process was very painless, the price was great very good value for this standard of mattress, the payment and delivery were easy they communicated well, delivered when they said, took the mattress upstairs for me. The mattress is super, every bit as good as my old Tempur mattress which I paid £1200 for 10 years ago. I have a back problem (slipped discs) and I get a good nights sleep on my ergoflex mattress the same as my tempur one. If I sleep on an ordinary mattress I wake after a few hours with back pain. I am a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend Ergoflex.
