Like you, I was sceptical about buying from an Internet only source. I wanted a quality memory foam mattress to relieve lower back pain and began researching the obvious 'Tempur' brand. I happened to come across 'Ergoflex' which offered the same material quality, but at a fraction of the price. Having since purchased an Ergoflex double mattress, it is without a doubt one of my best purchases... ever! The Ergoflex website is thorough in its explanation of its product and the customer service provided has been first class. I no longer have any back pain, thanks to Ergoflex.
