Mattress arrived promptly in perfect condition. We struggled to get it up stairs due to the weight but it was easy to unpack. Once we had positioned the mattress both of us laid down on it to 'test' and what a difference when compared to our old sprung mattress! We instantly felt the mattress mold itself around us, we knew instantly that a long awaited restful nights sleep was on the way. I had been suffering from upper back ache for months that was only brought on at night through lying down. My dream was to be able to have a whole nights sleep without having to get up in the early hours in pain. I had a dream......and the dream came true, all thanks to the marvelous Ergoflex!
