Like previous reviewers we were concerned about ordering sight unseen, but were persuaded to take a chance by positive reviews. Amazingly mattress arrived in less than 24 hours. Although size is reduced by vacuum packing the weight is the same and it was still a heavy box to get upstairs. Make sure it is delivered to best door for getting it into bedroom (ours was delivered to back door by mistake). Also a large mattress needs two strong people to maneuver. Once opened it swelled to full size quickly and we found chemical smell was minimal. Removable cover is nice quality and a very good idea. Only slept on it for a few days, but it is extremely comfortable and we can find no fault thus far. All round very pleased and have no hesitation in recommending Ergoflex.
