I have worked as a professional buyer for over 25 years so buying a new mattress was never going to be a straight forward affair. My previous mattress was 7 years old and needed a refresh - arthritis and a poor back have meant that careful decisions had to be made on where I was going to spend a third of my life(!) Having spent a few nights on a memory foam mattress from the leading/original supplier with amazing results I had made my mind up to get with the times... I spent a whole day researching the options - from the benefits relating to the technology as a whole to a full review of the array of suppliers out there and options from toppers to combi's to full memory foam mattresses. After a full review of the technical data and independent reviews I quickly came to the conclusion that (1) the only practical decision was a full (super king) mattress and (2) there were only two companies that came close to technical and quality specs for this size of investment - there were some very dodgy alternatives! As one of the two companies I was happy with, Ergoflex was a third of the price of the alternative (market leader) - so with no conflicting research I made my purchase. Delivery was fast and on time, customer service was great and after three nights my back has never felt better! My friend with the leading brand mattress is shocked at the great deal I got and the comfort - there is nothing between the products except I have more money left in my pocket ;) I have just recommended to my brother and a few other friends who are already planning to purchase themselves, and I may well invest for the spare roon - trust me, this is a decision you will not regret.
