We recently brought a tempur cloud 22 deluxe mattress. However dreams delivered us an old discontinued tempur model, in the hope we wouldn't realise! When confronting the store they admitted to miss selling it, but dismissed any suggestions of replacing it and sending us the mattress we actually tried out in store. The store were dismissive and so where the customer service team. We are in the process of escalating to senior management. Just be careful when you buy something from there and double check they deliver what you brought, not a cheaper alternative.
This is worse than the banks miss selling insurance. BE VERY CAREFUL SHOPPING AT DREAMS, IT COULD TURN INTO A NIGHTMARE
