Ordered a bed and received all delivery instructions. It was explained that I would receive a call on the morning of delivery to inform me of my time slot for delivery. I received this call before 8.30 am as explained and was informed 9.30-11.30am.
My bed was delivered at 9.45am by two very polite and professional delivery men.
They even asked if I wanted them to take their shoes off!
They put the bed together as requested and removed all packaging and took this with them.
Excellent customer service, the bed was in perfect condition and all was delivered as expected.
I would definitely use Dreams again and would recommend them to friends and Family.
