I recently had to buy a bed for my Aunt, who had been seriously ill in hospital. Because of her illness, she could not choose the bed herself and it was at very short notice before she went into sheltered accommodation. The staff at Dreams, Crewe, could not have been more helpful with my plight. They spent time finding me the most appropriate bed which could be delivered in time. The bed arrived, when stated, but was not suitable for my Aunt. Following a further visit to the store the staff gave me more of their time to find a something more comfortable. When contacting Customer Services they listened and acted most promptly. The situation has been swiftly dealt with and my Aunt is now very happy with her comfortable bed. Many thanks Dreams for your efficient and caring staff.
