Dreams are very polite at the point of selling...As soon as they get your money - they do not care about you whatsoever. never buy any expensive item at Dreams...Customer Service - never bother calling you back, only keep promising to look into your problem or question - but nothing happens. noone care.And they never refund, you can end up with the product you do not like or need... The policy about ''comfort'' exchange in 40 days - is not true. you ll have to take more expensive item if you want to change anything.this happend to us and we are very much disappointed - with quarlity, value for money, time we spent, customer service and management team too. we d like as many people as possible to know about it and do not recommend to buy from Dreams ever.

This is all absolutely true. We were sold a Tempur mattress - which was awful. We got a comfort exchange agreed, for a higher priced mattress and then we were made to wait another 6 weeks for delivery! Dreadful! Go to John Lewis instead it'll save your sanity!!
