I was promised by the store manager that I could exchange the mattress if it was uncomfortable within 40 nights and that if the exchange was cheaper then I would get a full refund on the price difference. Now Customer services are saying that the Store Manager got it wrong and I will not get any refund leaving me £400 SHORT!!
