i paid for a bed from Dreams and took a day's holiday to wait for delivery on 20 July. I had an answerphone message and an email a couple of days before saying they were delivering on 20 July. On 20 July i missed a phone call but they left a message saying they were no longer delivering and i had to wait for a further date. I rang the store and they said there was nothing they could do and the delivery company Yodel was always letting them down. They told me to wait for a couple of days for a phone call with new delivery date. I waited a week and heard nothing. I went into the store on 27th July and they still said they could do nothing but wait. I said i would have my money back then but was told I could have it but had to wait 7 to 10 days for this! I said this was disgusting and they were quick enough to take my money but now couldnt do an immediate refund! I cancelled it any way and then went home to ring head office,
I asked to speak to a manager but was told I had to explain my problem first. I did this and also told the man i thought dreams were an appalling company that i would never deal with again - he put the phonedown on me!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY KEEP YOUR MONEY DO NOT DELIVER AND THE STAFF ARE DOWN RIGHT RUDE!!
