I ordered a bed online, and paid for it straight away. The earliest delivery dates available when going through the purchase didn't match the earliest date on the main site (4 days later!)
On the day, a delivery driver rang, and confirmed a time 2 hours later for delivery. He never came... I rang dreams 2 days later and was told the 'item was out of stock'. After pushing the issue a bit, I was aventually told there had been an accident, and 'all deliveries that day were cancelled'.
Delivery was re-arranged (to the back of the queue, oer a week later again), and finally arrived on this second date.
No apology for failing to deliver, for the lack of communication, nor for lying to me. 3 emails to their customer service team have gone unanswered.
