Service was very good and fast, however do not take payment via phone which is a tad annoying if you prefer to shop that way.
Delivery, again very good on speed. Unfortunately that's the best I can say about it. I had to unload it from the van myself as the driver was just deliver it to the address. Had I been by myself I would have sent it back and asked for my money back as how is someone supposed to lift a king size bed by themselves.
Assembly- not the companies fault however the screws were to big and I had to play hunt a decent screw size, pre-drilled holes for the screws- where?

To sum up, person to person service excellent. As soon as the delivery chain starts it goes wrong.
