super king memory foam mattress is very confortable there is a slight indentation where you lie and difficult to get rid of hump in centre but talking to everyone this happens as you cannot turn the mattress over, plus superking size cannot turn around as one side would overhang. Pobably be okay with king size

I was a bit sceptical about how good a memory foam mattress would be but thought I'd take a punt as it was such a good price (about £230 for a double on a Groupon deal). How wrong I was!! The mattress arrived rolled up like a carpet - I carefully undid the wrapping on the bed - and boom the mattress unravelled in all it's glory. I literally love my mattress. Every night when I get in bed I am amazed at how comfortable it is and how well I sleep - I have had it 18 months so this is the real deal! I suffer with lower back problems and this mattress has helped enormously. My mattress is one of my best purchases - ever! Thank you :-)

The memory foam topper has really made a big difference. It is so comfortable and really does aid a good nights sleep. Great value for money and excellent service, thank you.

I purchased a mattress about 9 months ago and since then i have been having a great sleep at night. Initially when the mattress came i found it pretty hard and the layer of the memory foam was thiner than i was expecting. However now after 9 months i am absolutly enjoying my mattress, it very comfortable! The fact that i had a discount voucher meant i was getting even better value for money which is always a bonus. Overall good customer experience.

Purchased a Cosy Visco 250 because of being on a budget. 1 hour later got a call back asking if i would like a free upgrade, a little aprehensive I said "yes". Well to my amazement the mattress arrived the following day as suggested I received an upgrade absolutely free of charge and further more I received two free pillows I wasn't aware I was getting. Next day delivery.....FREE!!!! Fantastic! All you have to do is put your life on hold for twelve hours and stay in from 7a.m. till 7p.m. On the face of it not a good deal. As we all know, it's not free it's built in to the cost of the mattress. Imagine though, you have stayed in all day and your order dosen't arrive!! Now you're really p....d off. You ring Tuffnells (the delivery experts) who say "what Mattress??? so now you're not just really p....d off you're really really p....d off!!! In fact you're so p....d off you leave really bad feed back. Of course you could ring cosy, as I did but you will just talk to an automated pass the buck machine. This mattress is my best buy this year ...it's really comfy , and has revolutionised my nights sleep after years of having back pain, which turned out to have been the old mattress this one replaced .Thank goodness for my Cosy Mattress . A blessing .I like everything about it , except one small gripe is that the mattress sometimes shifts position in the bed by an inch or two , as it's lighter than the old mattress .

I'm a very fussy person when it comes to beds and mattresses, I sometimes suffer from back pain and a good mattress is a must in my life. I bought a cosy high-end memory foam mattress around 6 months ago and I have to admit it is absolutely great! When I go to sleep and I lie down it's a real pleasure, feels really comfy and soft. When I wake up in the mornings I don't have any back pain as I used to do sometimes before.
