“Comfy mattress & good value”

I purchased a mattress about 9 months ago and since then i have been having a great sleep at night. Initially when the mattress came i found it pretty hard and the layer of the memory foam was thiner than i was expecting. However now after 9 months i am absolutly enjoying my mattress, it very comfortable! The fact that i had a discount voucher meant i was getting even better value for money which is always a bonus. Purchased a Cosy Visco 250 because of being on a budget. 1 hour later got a call back asking if i would like a free upgrade, a little aprehensive I said "yes". Well to my amazement the mattress arrived the following day as suggested I received an upgrade absolutely free of charge and further more I received two free pillows I wasn't aware I was getting. Next day delivery.....FREE!!!! Fantastic! All you have to do is put your life on hold for twelve hours and stay in from 7a.m. till 7p.m. On the face of it not a good deal. As we all know, it's not free it's built in to the cost of the mattress. Imagine though, you have stayed in all day and your order dosen't arrive!! Now you're really p....d off. This order was placed with us on 12/07/12 and was dispatched that very day. Unfortunately the couriers Tuffnells didn't deliver the next day, we are taking up this issue directly with them and are not happy to say the least ourselves!! The delivery took place however the very next available day at 8.30am.

We can only apologise to Mr Gibson for this inconvenience, to which we have personally tried to call but at present to no avail. We pride ourselves on on both product and service.

The comment of trying to contact us is however a little unfair to say you reach a "pass the the buck automated machine". Of course we are closed after 7.00 pm on a Friday evening!

This mattress is my best buy this year ...it's really comfy , and has revolutionised my nights sleep after years of having back pain, which turned out to have been the old mattress this one replaced .Thank goodness for my Cosy Mattress . A blessing .I like everything about it , except one small gripe is that the mattress sometimes shifts position in the bed by an inch or two , as it's lighter than the old mattress . (read more)

“Great quality products”

I'm a very fussy person when it comes to beds and mattresses, I sometimes suffer from back pain and a good mattress is a must in my life. I bought a cosy high-end memory foam mattress around 6 months ago and I have to admit it is absolutely great! When I go to sleep and I lie down it's a real pleasure, feels really comfy and soft. When I wake up in the mornings I don't have any back pain as I used to do sometimes before. (read more)
